Rachel Ammons’ debut EP, titled “no man band” was recorded live in the studio. For this album she plays guitar/banjo, sings, and drums with her feet simultaneously, creating a full band sound by herself. there’s nothing fancy, no looping, no backing tracks. what you see is what you get and it’s all real.
